Near Seattle University in Seattle, WA you can find a coffee roasters shop named Stumptown which offers an array of exotic coffee beans to choose from. But what really makes this place special is every Monday at 3 PM they offer a random cup of their most exclusive coffee for free, and you can even explore other beans as well. Even Starbucks doesn't offer this type of service.
